answer text <p>Applications for settled status by non-UK EU citizens will be refused on grounds of public policy if on the basis of their conduct or criminality they represent a genuine, present and sufficiently serious threat to the fundamental interests of society in the UK. Applications will be decided on a case-by-case basis.</p><p> </p><p>This will be subject to negotiations and a reciprocal deal with the EU.</p> more like this
