Officials engage regularly with the Centre on its funding position following the UK’s exit from the EU.</p><p> </p><p>The Centre has applied for further funding from the European Commission’s Connecting Europe Facility programme for the calendar year of 2021, for which the government provided a letter of support. Following the end of the transition period, many UK businesses are no longer eligible to hold, register or renew a .eu domain name.</p><p> </p><p>Officials in my Department have carried out extensive engagement with the relevant businesses and trade associations to inform UK holders of .eu domains of this change before the end of this period. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/03/2021 answer text <p>The Government has introduced an unprecedented package of support for businesses that are required to close, or which are severely affected by the restrictions put in place to tackle Covid-19 and save lives. Supply chain organisations are recognised as a critical part of our sectors and were eligible to apply for the Culture Recovery Fund.</p><p>The discretionary Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) forms part of a wider package of support for businesses that have been mandated to close and also had their trade adversely affected by the Covid-19 Restrictions. The guidance for ARG funding encourages Local Authorities to develop discretionary grant schemes to help those businesses which - while not legally forced to close - are nonetheless severely impacted by the restrictions put in place to control the spread of Covid-19.</p><p>This could include - for example - businesses which supply the retail, hospitality, and leisure sectors, or businesses in the events sector. We are working very hard to help freelancers in those sectors access support, including through the Self Employment Income Support Scheme and funding from Arts Council England.</p><p>Live Event Supply chain organisations have benefitted from economy-wide support that the Government has provided, such as the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme and the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS).</p><p>The Government has announced that the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) will continue until September, with a fourth and fifth grant. Individuals will be able to qualify for the new grants based on their 2019-20 tax returns. Under a new legal duty of care, companies will need to remove and limit the spread of illegal content, including illegal online abuse. All companies will need to take swift and effective action against such content.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Companies providing high-risk, high-reach services will also need to undertake regular risk assessments to identify legal but harmful material on their services. These companies will need to set clear terms and conditions which explicitly state what categories of legal but harmful material they accept (and do not accept) on their service. Companies will need to enforce these terms and conditions consistently and transparently and could face enforcement action if they do not.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The new regulatory framework will require companies to address the risk of harm to users in the UK, no matter where the companies are based. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/03/2021 answer text <p>Old Royal Naval College (formally called The Greenwich Foundation for the Old Royal Naval College) was established as a charity to conserve the Baroque buildings and grounds for present and future generations and to provide opportunities for wide and diverse audiences to enjoy and share its significance.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Dame Jennifer Jenkins Report, completed in 1996, was the main assessment undertaken when the Royal Navy had vacated the site and discussions about its future took place. This report considered the public value benefit of transforming the site into a commercial space that allows visitors to experience and enjoy the historic assets located on the site, such as the Painted Hall and Chapel. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/03/2021 answer text <p>Government recognises the value of Learned Societies and the cultural and heritage contributions of their collections which are housed at New Burlington House.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Government is working with the Learned Societies to enable them to remain at the site. The current rent agreement was put in place following a legal decision by the High Court in 2005 and subsequent arbitration in 2015.
