answer text <p>The Courts can consider as an aggravating factor in sentencing the fact that an offence was committed against or directed at a member of the armed forces.</p><p> </p><p>It is not possible to say to what degree sentences differ as there is no central recording of whether the victim of an offence is a member of the armed forces.</p> more like this
