<p>The following lists set out the Justice Regulations introduced in 2013, 2014 and
2015 as a result of EU legislation. Copies of each instrument are available in the
House libraries and on <a href="http://legislation.gov.uk" target="_blank">legislation.gov.uk</a>,
including an Explanatory Memorandum which provides analysis and discussion of the
expected impacts on public and private sectors.</p><br /><p>It is an important that
we participate only in those justice laws that are in the national interest and we
continue to press for a focus on implementation rather than the introduction of new
