answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is an executive non-departmental public body of the Department for Health and Social Care. Questions about NICE should be referred to my Rt Hon Friend the Secretary of State for Health &amp; Social Care.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has been clear that the price the NHS pays for drugs is not on the table in trade negotiations. This position was reaffirmed in our negotiating objectives for a UK-US Free Trade Agreement published on 2 March 2020.</p> more like this
