answer text <p>It is intended that the restrictions will not apply to businesses with 249 or fewer employees that make or sell less healthy food and drink products. The Government has taken care to ensure this exemption is only used by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The definition of an SME will be set out in secondary legislation. It is our intention to conduct a short consultation on the wording of these regulations in due course.</p> more like this

Patients are only registered with a dental practice during the course of their treatment. National Health Service dentists have been asked to maximise safe throughput to meet as many prioritised needs as possible, focussing first on urgent care and vulnerable groups followed by overdue appointments. In circumstances where patients are unable to access an urgent dental appointment directly through an NHS dental practice, they should contact NHS 111.</p> more like this

An oversight group has been established to support the development of the HIV Action Plan and representatives from these groups are members. The first meeting of the HIV oversight group was held in May 2021.
