answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/09/2019 answer text <p>I refer the Hon Member to the evidence given by the Government Equalities Office and the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to the recent inquiry into <em>Enforcing the Equality Act: the law and the role of the EHRC</em> by the Women and Equalities Select Committee chaired by my Rt Hon Friend the Member for Basingstoke.
