answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/07/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>The radio sites covering the Clyde, Arran and Ayrshire coast were transferred to Belfast Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC) when Clyde MRCC closed in December 2012.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the pairing ‘infrastructure' there is a fixed link between Belfast and Stornoway MRCCs which enables Coastguards at Stornoway MRCC to have permanent radio access to the entire Belfast MRCC radio estate (or vice versa). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/07/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>In the last eighteen months, there have been several meetings between officials from the Department for Transport and their French counterparts　to consider the effect of the EU Directive on sulphur content of marine fuels on the shipping industry, jobs and the environment. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/07/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>On 17th December 2013, the ONS announced that under new EU statistical rules (ESA10) which come into force on 1st September 2014, Network Rail will be reclassified to the public sector.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Department for Transport is currently working with Network Rail to decide on the details of how Network Rail will operate in the public sector. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/07/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>The Royal Mail is responsible for the acceptance or otherwise of items to be carried by post and they have set out what they will accept, or not, in their publically available guide “<strong>Prohibitions and restrictions in the domestic and international post</strong><strong>” published in July 2013. These rules ensure that specified low risk items can be transported safely through the UK postal network.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>It clearly states that under certain conditions it is acceptable for samples of asbestos to be carried to UK destinations.
