Annual costs of administering employment tribunal fee remission applications and annual administration costs of the employment tribunal fee scheme form part of the wider costs of operating and administering the Employment Tribunals. In 2014/15, the full cost for operating the Employment Tribunals’ was £71.4m.</p> more like this

Published data are based on the date the issue fee request was made, whereas this table is based on the date of the remission application.</p><p>The figures in these tables have been drawn from administrative IT systems which, as with any large scale recording system, are subject to possible errors with data entry and processing.</p>
