The latest WCA report on Incapacity Benefit reassessment was published in January 2014 and can be found on the internet at the link below:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/esa-outcomes-of-work-capability-assessments-january-2014" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/esa-outcomes-of-work-capability-assessments-january-2014</a></p><p> </p><p>The latest official statistics show that as of March 2013, 77 per cent of claimants had been found to be eligible for ESA.
