answer text <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), through its network of posts overseas, supports United Kingdom Ministers from all Departments when they undertake official overseas travel to promote the interests of the entire United Kingdom , including Scotland. The FCO provides support along the same lines to Ministers from all three Devolved Administrations.
