Members of staff across the Department for Work and Pensions provide advice and analysis on EU Exit issues as required.</p><p> </p><p>Given the interactions between EU exit work and the Department’s other priorities, it is not possible to provide the information requested. We can confirm that no additional funding has been sought or provided to the Department by HM Treasury for EU exit preparations.</p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury has assigned over £2 billion of additional funding to departments and the Devolved Administrations for EU exit preparations so far. At Autumn Budget 2017, the Chancellor set aside £1.5 billion of additional funding for EU Exit preparations in 2019/20. Departments will be invited to bid for 2019/20 EU Exit preparation funding later in the year. This will inform our negotiating position with the EU, to define our deep and special partnership and inform our understanding of how EU exit will affect the UK’s domestic policies and frameworks. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/03/2017 answer text <p>The Government of Burma is conducting a national investigation into reports of human rights abuses, including reports of sexual violence, perpetrated by the Burmese security forces in Rakhine State since October 2016. The Rakhine Investigation Commission's interim report of 3 January concluded that there was insufficient evidence to take legal action. We have made clear that we do not find the Rakhine Investigation's interim findings credible.</p><p>We are aware of reports which suggest weaknesses in the Commission's composition and approach. The International Protocol on the Documentation and Investigation of Sexual Violence in Conflict sets out minimum basic principles and international best practice for such investigations, and we encourage its use. However, it is not intended to insist on a universal legal or professional standard.</p><p>The Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my noble Friend, the Rt Hon.
