<p>Throughout the UK’s Presidency I have engaged with all parties, including my Caribbean counterparts, on the issue of loss and damage. During my time in New York this September, in the margins of UNGA, I engaged with the High Ambition Coalition. Addressing loss and damage will continue to be a priority for the UK Presidency in the run up to and at COP27.</p>
