answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/04/2019 answer text <p>Experts advise that cytomegalovirus (CMV) remains difficult to diagnose because in the majority of cases the baby presents normally at birth.</p><p> </p><p>In 2017, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology (RCOG) published an update for the treatment of congenital CMV infection, acknowledging that therapeutic options such as antiviral therapy are still being evaluated within the research setting. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/04/2019 answer text <p>NHS England is the principal commissioner of clinical guidelines and National Health Service related quality standards from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).</p><p> </p><p>NICE and NHS England have been in discussion about developing a clinical guideline and quality standard on atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults.
