For the total number of higher tier offences, repeat as above, selecting all offences beginning with DA.</p><p> </p><p>For the proportion of people who paid their PND in full, open the PND pivot table, limit the data to Wales and ensure the ‘Outcomes’ variable is in the rows box. For each year, sum the numbers for ‘paid in full - timing unknown’ and divide this number by the total PNDs issued (grand total).</p><p> </p>
