answer text <p><a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/884760/Our_plan_to_rebuild_The_UK_Government_s_COVID-19_recovery_strategy.pdf" target="_blank">Our Plan To Rebuild</a>, the Government's COVID-19 Recovery Strategy, is published on gov.uk and includes details on plans for weddings. We understand the frustration couples planning a wedding must be feeling at this time. We are keeping these restrictions under review and will ease them as soon as it is safe to do so. We will continue to work closely with faith leaders and local government over the coming weeks to go through the practicalities of doing so.</p><p>Marriages and civil partnerships under the special procedure for those who are seriously ill and not expected to recover, are taking place in some cases where it is safe to do so in line with PHE guidance.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulates all UK aircraft operators to ensure they comply with relevant international safety standards including European-wide safety regulations set by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).</p><p> </p><p>Health and Safety Executive (HSE) inspectors visit offshore installations on a regular basis to inspect all aspects of health and safety, including helidecks and helideck operations. The split of responsibilities between HSE and CAA is explained in the HSE Guidance Document <a href="http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg219.pdf" target="_blank">INDG219</a>, which is published with the HSE Offshore <a href="http://www.hse.gov.uk/offshore/marineaviation.htm" target="_blank">Marine and Aviation</a> safety guidance.</p><p> </p><p>HSE also has a Memorandum of Understanding with the CAA which describes how the two organisations work with one another, and which is published on the <a href="http://www.hse.gov.uk/airtransport/hse-and-caa.htm" target="_blank">HSE MoU web pages</a>.</p><p> </p><p>HSE directs any queries on the regulation of the airworthiness and operational safety of an aircraft or its passengers to the CAA and its website.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The CAA published a review of accidents operations directly associated with offshore oil and gas activities during the period 1976-2002 in its publication <a href="http://www.caa.co.uk/cap1145" target="_blank">CAP1145 – Safety review of offshore public transport helicopter operations in support of the exploitation of oil and gas</a>.</p>

answer text <p>The upper limit (annual cap) was announced in March 2015 and came into effect, for new customers only, in October 2015. New applications made between October 2015 and March 2016 were capped at an annual limit of £40,800, meaning that new customers could still potentially receive an award of £122,400 over a three year period. The annual cap was increased to £41,400 with effect from April 2016 and will continue to be reviewed annually.</p><p> </p><p>Those existing customers whose awards are or were above the annual cap have been notified that they will retain their current award, subject to usual annual reviews, until April 2018, provided their needs remain the same.</p><p> </p><p>In the meantime, Access to Work specialist teams are conducting annual reviews with customers and employers to establish the level of support required and determine whether there are any reasonable adjustments or other changes, such as greater use of technology, that could assist the customer overcome the barriers they face. Where appropriate, Access to Work will also commission a holistic workplace assessment of an individual’s support needs.</p><p> </p><p>We will monitor the application of the cap and consider whether any further flexibilities might be required in practice.</p>

answer text <p>The Government recognises that people need support that is tailored to their needs. Personal Budgets are currently being trialled in Access to Work to offer customers greater flexibility to manage their Travel to Work or Support Worker costs.</p><p>From clerical data rounded to the nearest ten, in November 2016 there are 40 people in the trial. It is not possible to break this figure down by type of disability. Rounded to the nearest ten, 30 more customers who were approached did not meet the qualifying criteria and were unable to join the trial.</p><p> </p> more like this
