answer text <p>In September, the Government will undertake a review to assess the country’s preparedness for autumn and winter, which will consider whether to continue or strengthen public and business guidance as we approach the winter, including on face coverings and test, trace and isolate, and will review the remaining regulations.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Government will maintain contingency plans for reimposing economic and social restrictions at a local, regional or national level if evidence suggests they are necessary to suppress or manage a dangerous variant. Such measures would only be re-introduced as a last resort to prevent unsustainable pressure on the NHS.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>On 12 July, the Government announced we would proceed to step 4 after assessing the data against the four tests. The decisions as to whether the four tests were passed was based on an analysis of a range of information and the conclusion drawn will be in line with advice from the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE).</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Data is regularly shared publicly via the COVID Dashboard, which can be accessed at the following <a href="https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/" target="_blank">link</a>.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>UK officials are working with their EU counterparts to ensure the Trade and Cooperation Agreement is implemented in full, including that duties are not applied to goods that meet the rules of origin requirements in the Agreement. We recognise that this can be a particular issue with classic cars. Both the UK and EU have issued extensive guidance on how businesses can evidence origin in line with the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement also establishes a Specialised Committee on customs and rules of origin, which is due to meet before the end of the year, through which we can consider implementation issues.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Cabinet Office worked with UK-based consulting firm Arup to provide independent expertise to secure ISO20121 sustainability accreditation for the G7 Summit and deliver a carbon neutral summit, as part of the Prime Minister’s commitment to hosting a sustainable and carbon-neutral event.</p><p> </p><p>The Government plans to publish an executive summary of the Carbon Management Plan developed as part of this work in due course, following a full assessment. It is intended that this document will be made available publicly on the G7 website. <a href="https://www.g7uk.org/sustainability/" target="_blank">https://www.g7uk.org/sustainability/</a></p><p> </p><p>The Carbon Management Plan will include the final travel arrangements for all G7 and Partner Country Leaders and staff for the G7 summit, including air travel.</p><p> </p><p>Arup did not make specific recommendations on air pollution, as this was not within the remit of their support for the Summit’s ISO20121 accreditation and assisting HMG in delivering a carbon neutral summit.</p><p> </p><p>The cost for Arup’s work developing the Carbon Management Plan for the G7 Summit will be released under the usual transparency process, along with other Summit costs.</p><p> </p>
