answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/03/2018 answer text <p>The Government is committed to making better use of data, including reducing data duplication, to keep pace with rising public expectations and the availability and potential of new technology to deliver better services at lower cost to taxpayers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/03/2018 answer text <p>The Cabinet Office promotes civil service career opportunities to people who did not attend university through the Fast Track Apprenticeship Programme, and through apprenticeships more broadly.</p><p> </p><p>The Fast Track programme is explicitly marketed as a genuine alternative to university and is promoted all year round through our schools &amp; colleges outreach events, additional diversity outreach activities, and via our attraction site.
