answer text <p>A wide range of support is available for people with mental health problems on the National Health Service. These range from school and college-based mental health support teams, evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as prescribed medication, psychological and talking therapies provided by Improving Access to Psychological Therapies services for more common conditions, through to specialist mental health support services and 24 hours a day, seven days a week urgent mental health helplines for those with more serious conditions.</p><p> </p><p>Social prescribing and green social prescribing can link people with mental health problems to non-clinical interventions and activities, such as local walking for health schemes, community gardening and food-growing projects. Digital resources such as the Every Mind Matters portal and the GOV.UK and NHS websites also offer expert advice and practical tips to support mental health and wellbeing.</p> more like this
