<p>The Department for Exiting the European Union is committed to ensuring staff maintain
a work-life balance. The Department has a range of flexible working policies in place
to avoid excess working hours. On occasion staff are required to work above their
conditioned hours but all overtime is pre-agreed with line managers.</p><p><strong>
