The UK Government has been working closely and effectively with the Welsh Government, the Secretary of State for Wales and Welsh stakeholders on EU Exit to ensure this.</p><p>This includes, for example, the Joint Ministerial Committee on EU Negotiations and the Ministerial Forum on EU Negotiations. The Ministerial Forum recently discussed the UK Government’s proposals for continued cooperation with the EU on culture and education as well as options for continued participation in successor schemes to EU funding programmes, such as Creative Europe, which I understand has played a role in supporting a number of Welsh language projects. To ensure that citizens and businesses in the UK and across the EU can plan for life after our withdrawal with confidence. We have agreed an implementation period that will last for 21 months beginning on exit day until 31 December 2020. During the implementation period, UK boats will have the same access to EU waters as they do now.</p><p>The UK Government sees no reason why pleasure vessels used for recreational purposes should see any change as a result of the UK’s exit from the EU. You are our friends, our neighbours, our colleagues. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2018 answer text <p>The Government has published its White Paper setting out a clear proposal for the future relationship we want to build with the European Union.</p><p>This represents a substantial evolution of our proposals towards our future relationship which are of greater scope than any such existing agreement, and reflect our shared history and values, close ties, and unique starting point.</p><p>The Government’s proposals for its future economic relationship with the EU strikes a new and fair balance of rights and obligations. It sets out a UK-EU trade area for goods to ensure continued frictionless access at the border to each other's markets, underpinned by an upfront commitment to a common rulebook on goods, including agri-food and a Facilitated Customs Arrangement to avoid customs checks and controls at our border. This includes exploring association in research and innovation programmes, such as the Ninth EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (known as Horizon Europe).</p><p>As talks progress on the future relationship, we continue to work hard and at pace to deliver the best possible agreement on the Future Framework, which will be to the mutual benefit of both the UK and the EU. <br><br>The UK and the EU have been clear that the Withdrawal Agreement and the Future Framework form a package, and that ‘nothing is agreed until everything is agreed’ - meaning that neither document can be considered final until this is true of both.
