answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/04/2017 answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union has regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues on matters relating to the UK exiting the European Union. As the Prime Minister set out in her speech, one of the objectives for the negotiations ahead is to continue practical cooperation with the EU to tackle cross-border crime and to keep our people safe. We want to agree a deep and special partnership taking in both economic and security cooperation to fight terrorism and uphold justice across Europe. JMC (EN) membership is limited to Ministers from those administrations, in line with wider JMC protocols. Though it is not a devolved administration, the Government is committed to engaging with the Greater London Authority.
