to invest long-term. That’s why we are proposing a bold and ambitious free trade agreement
as part of a new, deep and special partnership with the European Union.</p><p>In order
to allow business time to adjust, we are also proposing a strictly time-limited implementation
period where we continue to have access to one another’s markets on current terms.</p>
