The Government is committed to strengthening the worker voice in the boardroom. My Ministerial team and I have had regular meetings with a range of business, employee and other interest groups where we have discussed issues including corporate governance. The Government’s green paper on Corporate Governance Reform explores a range of options for strengthening the worker voice.
