<p>All Civil Service organisations must comply with the<a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/536143/annexa_nationality_rules.pdf" target="_blank"> Civil Service Nationality Rules</a> which govern the eligibility of individuals to be employed in the Civil Service on the grounds of nationality. The Civil Service does not collate or hold central information on the nationality of civil servants.</p>
