answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/03/2018 answer text <p>There is no plan to review the number of prosecutions of UK citizens in the UK for International Criminal Court category crimes committed overseas in recent years. Prosecution decisions are taken independently of Government. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/03/2018 answer text <p>I refer the honourable member to the answer given to PQ HL5791 on 8 March 2018.</p><p><em> </em></p><p>The Ministry of Justice supports the provision of good quality, victim-focused restorative justice as one of a range of measures to help victims cope and recover from crime.
