To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what the criteria and process will be for determining which people aged between 18 and 21 will be exempt from the proposed restriction of housing benefit; how data will be collected to facilitate any proposed exemptions; what assessment he has made of whether young people currently accessing housing benefit would be put at risk of homelessness as a result of the proposed change; what methodology he has used for any such assessment; and if he will make a statement.
