answer text <p>Citizens of the EU who are resident in the UK can already vote in European Parliamentary and local elections, if they do not wish to vote in their home state. Equally, British citizens living in other member states can choose to vote in their European Parliamentary elections.</p><p> </p><p>No such arrangements exist for parliamentary elections in the UK or in other member states.
