answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2017 answer text <p>Officials have advised that the information requested can only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p><p> </p><p>The V5C/3 section of the Registration Certificate is used by a registered keeper to notify the DVLA of the disposal of a vehicle to a motor trader.
