answer text <p>The configuration of local health services is a matter for the local NHS. The Monkgate walk in service relocated to the emergency department at York Hospital in April 2012 as part of the development of an integrated urgent care centre staffed by multi-disciplinary team of medical and nursing staff to treat minor illness and injury.
