Due to a change in financial reporting the amounts for 2011/2012 onwards are shown net of the amounts received or expected from this source, whilst the amounts for 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 are shown gross although the yearly total budget allocation remains broadly the same. <br><br>The Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration Programmes in Greece and Turkey also receive funding from the British Government's Return and Reintegration Fund. The figures quoted incorporate this funding stream.<br>The figures provided are sourced from a Home Office management information system and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office which is not quality assured under National Statistics protocols and is subject to change due to internal data quality checking. Figures provided from this source do not constitute part of National Statistics and should be treated as provisional.</p><p> </p>

answer text <p> </p><p>The first group of Syrian refugees arrived in the UK on 25 March as part of the <br>Government's Vulnerable Persons Relocation (VPR) Scheme. The next group of <br>refugees <br>is expected to arrive this month, with further groups to follow on a regular <br>basis. We continue to work with UNHCR to establish a steady flow of cases.<br><br>Whilst there is no set quota we predict that the VPR scheme will support <br>several hundred people over the next three years.</p><p> </p> more like this
