The Department for Exiting the European Union is doing detailed work with departments to prepare for the upcoming negotiations by understanding the risks and opportunities of leaving the EU and coordinating planning.</p><p> </p><p>Staff in the Office’s constitution and policy teams lead on providing advice to Ministers on EU Exit and exit-related issues. Whilst the Wales Office is not an employer in its own right, staff have access to all Ministry of Justice employee services that help to sustain physical and mental wellbeing, including Occupational Health and a 24 hour employee assistance helpline. In line with best practice, the Wales Office has a designated Mental Health Champion.</p><p> </p><p>We have also worked with other parts of the UK Governance Group to offer bespoke events.
