answer text <p>The UK is proudly committed to spending 0.7% of Gross National Income on Overseas Development Assistance, the first G7 country to honour its promise to do so.</p><p>The Cross-Border Trade Bill will allow the UK to put in place a trade preference scheme as we leave the EU. Discussions have been focussed on securing continuity, not on a renegotiation of terms. answer text <p>The Department for International Trade has not outsourced any core internal functions since it was formally established in 2016 but we did inherit some outsourced contracts from UK Trade and Investment and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.</p><p>These included some contracts related to Trade promotion work in the UK, and overseas, and corporate services such as HR, IT and Finance functions.</p><p>A portion of these contracts have been re-negotiated or re-let since the Department was formed.</p> more like this
