answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/04/2018 answer text <p>Electoral fraud is unacceptable on any level, and vulnerabilities cannot be allowed to continue and undermine the integrity of our democracy.</p><p>In his report of his review into electoral fraud Sir Eric Pickles recommended that the requirement to provide ID in polling stations should apply to proxy voters.
