<p>We do not have a Memorandum of Understanding with the Jamaican government regarding enforced deportations and enforced returns.</p><p>However, the Ministry of Justice reports that in 2007, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed in relation to the operation of a proposed prisoner transfer agreement between the United Kingdom and Jamaica. As the prisoner transfer agreement was not ratified the Memorandum of Understanding was not brought into force.</p>
