answer text <p>Her Majesty’s Passport Office continually seeks proposals to improve our service for our customers. As such, we have engaged with Age UK, as well as partners in the travel industry to develop proposals.</p><p>Her Majesty’s Passport Office will be producing branded products specifically designed to support employees in community organisations to use passport services. These are planned to be introduced over the summer.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Her Majesty’s Passport Office sets fees to recover the full cost of providing passport services in line with HM Treasury’s Managing Public Money guidance. In line with this HM Passport Office reviews fees and costs on an annual basis to ensure fees are set at appropriate cost recovery levels. There are no current plans to change passport fees from the current levels set on 27 March 2018.</p> more like this

answer text <p>With over 90 per cent of adults in the UK having access to the internet, and third parties being permitted to apply on a person’s behalf, it has been assessed that the vast majority of people will face no obstacle to applying for their passport online.</p><p>However, Her Majesty’s Passport Office is developing further help for those who wish to apply online, which includes exploring options for making services available from the High Street and by working in conjunction with community support groups.</p> more like this
