answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/03/2015 answer text <p>DFID is providing £0.5million to the Materials Monitoring Unit (MMU) which oversees and monitors the import, storage, supply and use of construction materials into Gaza under the auspices of the Gaza Reconstruction Mechanism (GRM). A new electoral law was promulgated and comprehensive electoral calendar was published on 12 February 2015. We welcome these. This law is an important step towards elections which are credible, inclusive and peaceful, and which respect the will of the Congolese people, the country’s constitution and the African Union Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance.
