The department has not carried out any assessment of the Oxfam Cymru livelihoods and poverty awareness training project. Oxfam Cymru commissioned the University of Salford to carry out an independent evaluation the result of which can be found on their website. The Department is exploring how this approach could be included as part of our claimant offer and the associated training requirements for our staff.
