<p>We have processed all relevant refunds through Home Office systems. We cannot advise
on how many refunds have been received by customers, as this depends on the individual’s
bank/card issuer and whether the payment has credited yet, and some will take longer
than others. We have bespoke support arrangements in place for any customers who believe
