answer text <p>This is an operational matter for Chief Officers of police.</p><p>The Ministry of Justice is not yet in a position to publish the data it collects on the number of offenders sentenced to a fine by the courts for offences related to cycling in England and Wales for 2017. Data for 2017, including finalised data for Quarters 1 and 2, is planned for publication in May 2018.</p> more like this
