answer text <p>The reoffending rate for those who committed an offence under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 was on average just over one percent over the last eight years.</p><p>Data on reoffending rates for people convicted of offences under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 is available up to 2014, with a one year follow-up period. Data for 2015 and 2016 will be available in due course.</p> more like this
