<p>The Secretary of State for Justice had meetings with the Chief Inspector of Prisons
on the following dates:</p><p> </p><p>18<sup>th</sup> July 2016</p><p>13<sup>th</sup>
September 2016</p><p>29<sup>th</sup> November 2016</p><p>15<sup>th</sup> February
2017</p><p> </p><p>The Secretary of State also met with the Chief Inspector on 15<sup>th</sup>
December 2016 at a round table seminar with inspectors.</p><p> </p><p>Sam Gyimah,
the Prisons and Probation Minister, met with the Chief Inspector of Prisons on the
following dates:</p><p> </p><p>21<sup>st</sup> July 2016 (this was an introductory
phone call)</p><p>26<sup>th</sup> September 2016</p><p>15<sup>th</sup> November 2016</p><p>6<sup>th</sup>
February 2017</p><p> </p><p>Dr Phillip Lee, Minister for Victims, Youth and Family
Justice, met with the Chief Inspector of Prisons on the following dates:</p><p> </p><p>26<sup>th</sup>
July 2016 (introductory phone call)</p><p>24<sup>th</sup> October 2016.</p>
