<p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) has made no estimate of unpaid overtime, as this information is not collected. However, it is the responsibility of all line managers to ensure employees are not working excessive hours, in line with the requirements of the Working Time Regulations 1998.</p><p>The MOD is committed to the wellbeing of its staff, and to ensure staff are able to maintain their work/life balance.</p>
