answer text <p>The Government is currently undertaking an evaluation of the Shared Parental Leave and Pay scheme.</p><p> </p><p>This evaluation will include an assessment of both the numbers of fathers who are eligible for Shared Parental Leave and the number of fathers who have taken Shared Parental Leave in recent years.
