Department seeks to be as flexible as possible in its methods of consulting and engagement
and adheres to the set of Government consultation principles published on GOV.UK.
This is to ensure that those who are likely to be affected are reached and their views
sought.</p><p> </p><p>The Department regularly consults on a wide range of issues.
Whilst some are of interest to a wide variety of stakeholders and industry groups,
other consultations are more targeted, focusing on specific issues of interest to
a small number of stakeholder groups that would naturally elicit differing levels
of response.</p><p> </p>
