<p>Spending Round 2013 set the Department’s budget for 2015-16, including efficiency

/><p>Subsequently, on 4<sup>th</sup> June 2015, the Government announced further efficiency
savings to be delivered in 2015-16. DECC’s contribution to that exercise was to find
