answer text <p>Ministry of Defence officials engaged with Annington Homes Ltd on the issue of rent payable for the lease of the Service Family Accommodation estate.</p><p> </p><p>The parties could not agree the rent, therefore the matter is now subject to a formal arbitration process, with an arbitral panel chaired by Lord Neuberger, former President of the Supreme Court, appointed by the parties.</p><p> </p><p>An initial determination on the first sites selected for arbitration is expected later in 2020.</p><p> </p> more like this
