answer text <p>Halogen bulbs have been used in cars for many years but no specific assessment has been made of their effect on drivers’ eyesight.</p><p> </p><p>However, in response to a UK initiative, an international review of the glare effect of modern vehicle lighting is underway at the UN-ECE technical expert group and should report by the end of the year.</p> more like this
