Data for the workforce providing mental health therapy services in the community via the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme are available from the 2015 IAPT Workforce Census, which recorded 8,588 IAPT staff (by headcount, equivalent to 7,205 full time equivalents) as at 30 April 2015. More recent data are not available.
