<p>Between the 25<sup>th</sup> of April and the 31<sup>st</sup> of December 2013,
no Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs) were signed by the Serious Fraud Office
(SFO), as DPAs were only introduced on 24<sup>th</sup> of February 2014, under the
provisions of Schedule 17 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013. Since then, the SFO has
entered into a total of 12 DPAs.</p><p> </p><p>During the period of the 25<sup>th</sup>
of April 2013 and the 13<sup>th</sup> of December 2013, 9 SFO led prosecutions resulted
in a conviction. All of these were brought against individuals. There were no prosecutions
brought against corporate entities during this period.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Detailed
